Daido Metal Russia LLC started to produce and to sell steel-bronze piston pin bushes as spare parts for engines D50, D240, D245 since April, 2016.

Bushes were tested in the engine at “Minsk Motor Plant” (“MMZ”) and approved to be supplied for assembly line.

In 2015 the equipment for bush production was installed in Daido Metal Russia LLC. Technological process was developed by Daido Metal Russia LLC engineers in cooperation with the specialists of Daido Metal Co., Ltd, Japan. This process has no analogues in the Russian Federation and in combination with steel-bronze strips produced and supplied by Daido Metal Co., Ltd, Japan, ensures the best quality characteristics, reliability and long service time. Finished bushes are covered with tin, which ensures protection from corrosion and improves the process of pressing bush into the connecting rod.
